• In combination with our VLD servomotors and the unique Syncro Drive system, we are setting new standards in the area of high-precision multi-cavity valve-gate systems that stand out for excellent mould stability and precise position control of the valve pins.
• Networking between drive controller, hot runner controller and injection moulding machine prevents operator errors (moving pins when hot runner system is cold, etc....)
• Synchronous / asynchronous motor control possible
• Up to 2 motors can be controlled simultaneously
• Max. thrust 38KN for up to 64 pins per motor
• Self-explanatory, intuitive graphical user interface
• Can also be used for the actuation of core pullers or mould sliders.
